Refund Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Include all tags and labels attached
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, health and personal care items, and sale items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@ozyrix.com with your order number
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided
  5. Include your return authorization number in the package

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at returns@ozyrix.com and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Include your order number
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be prepaid by us

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  • Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@ozyrix.com

9. International Returns

For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs and customs duties. Refunds will not include original shipping charges. Please contact us before returning international orders.
